We collect only the information required to prepare quotations, confirm bookings, manage customer support, and issue invoices or receipts.

We do not store card numbers, CVV values, or passwords in the customer-facing workflow. Payment secrets are never exposed in client code.

Customer lookup requires booking reference and matching phone number to reduce accidental disclosure of another booking.

Internal notes, operational profit figures, and staff-only data are restricted to admin views.

Cookies and local storage are used only for demo booking flow, portal lookup convenience, and operational state during local testing.
